Refunds for TrainHeroic purchases:
To request a refund for a charge billed through TrainHeroic, please contact email@example.com.
- Refunds will be granted for existing, recurring Team subscriptions that were billed within the last 5 calendar days.
- There are no refunds directly after a 7 day free trial period or for purchased Programs.
