From any Team, Calendar or Program, you have the ability to cut, copy and paste multiple workouts.
This feature works a lot like cut, copy and paste in a Word document.
Simply highlight the workout(s) you want to copy. At the bottom of the page, you'll see a blue line confirming how many sections have been highlighted.
Next, right click and choose Copy. You can also, use the shortcuts that appear at the bottom of the screen on the blue bar.
These shortcuts allow you to:
- Export the sessions to a program
- Repeat the sessions
- Copy the sessions
- Delete the sessions
To paste, right click on the date you want to paste to and select paste.
