I just bought a program but it isn't showing up on my account. What do I do?

Congrats! You successfully purchased a program from your coach and you're ready to get started, however, when you login to the app using your credentials you don't see any workouts. What gives?

Well first you need to add the program to your calendar.

Follow these directions if you will be using the app, and if you're on a computer, scroll down a bit.

First, login to the app using your mobile device. 

Click on "Account" in the lower right-hand corner.

Select My Content.

You will then select "Place on calendar" and select you start date. If you wish to end the program on a certain date, you may select an end date instead.

Once you've chosen a start date, select the Training tab at the bottom of the app to view your new program.

To cancel your program subscription, select the trash can icon next to the program length and then Delete. This will remove the program from your calendar at the end of the year. You will not be charged for the program again.

Follow these directions if you will be using a computer:

First login to your account here.

Next, select the menu on the upper left-hand corner.

 From there select My Programming. 

At the top of the page select Programs. 

  

This will take you to a list of your purchased programs. Select Place on Calendar. 

 

From here you can click to choose a start date. If you wish to end the program on a certain date, you may select an end date instead. 

Select the date from the calendar.

Your programming is now on the calendar and ready for use.

To place the program on the calendar at another date, select Place Another. 

To remove the program from your calendar. Select the trash icon. 

 If you wish to cancel a program Select the three dots to the right of the program name and select Delete.
