Beta: Auto-Publishing Your Workouts to Post on Your Team's Feed

Coach, to-date athletes have had to make a conscious effort to go to your website, Google doc, or Excel template and view their workout. These are the most diligent athletes, those salivating at the thought of more training. Or maybe these are the types that are viewing their workout and just begging for mercy.

Surely, there are athletes that don't have a clue what to do until you instruct them minutes before they do the thing...

With TrainHeroic's auto-publish feature, you can automatically "push" your workouts to your athletes' inbox as they publish on your calendar.

In fact, athletes can even click further to view that workout and log it when they complete it.

What's even better is that you can set this up in just 1 minute. Here is exactly how.

First, login to your account and click on Teams from the toolbar on the left.

Next, click on the specific team that you'd like to auto-publish workouts for.

Enable the auto-publish feature by selecting the clock icon found on the top right corner of the page.

Your Auto-publish Options screen will pop-up. Select "Yes" to enable auto-publishing.

Once enabled, you can schedule when sessions will auto publish and become available to your athletes. Simply click on the blank boxes to select the time and day. Then click "DONE".

Your athletes will get something like this delivered to their inbox each day as a little reminder as to what's coming and what to expect.

As an added bonus, notes can now be set as public and added to the team's feed, under the workout that was published on that particular day. Pretty cool, right!?

Please let our team know if you have any questions about auto-publishing workouts or anything else. We're here and happy to give you a spot.
