Creating and Editing workouts can be quick and easy and there is definitely a technique to getting this done effectively and efficiently.
First, Login to your coach account.
Next, decide where you'd like to create your training session. You can create a session directly on the team's calendar or within a training program (which will then be added to the team's calendar once it's complete).
In this case, we will click the calendar icon on a specific team to access the team calendar.
To create a new training session, simply hover over a date where you'd like to add the session. Click on +Add. This brings up your Program Designer.
Within the Program Designer you can navigate your calendar to view/edit existing sessions or create new ones. Click on +New Session to start creating a training session.
From here you can Add Exercise (previously Add From Library) or Add Circuit (previous Text Only).
Keep in mind that the following are GOOD and BAD examples of ADD EXERCISE workouts.

3x10 Splits Squats and Front Rack Step-ups
Basically anything that you want history on, ie weight numbers, needs to be done in ADD EXERCISE.
Once you click on Add Exercise, immediately start searching your exercise library for movements. You can search for the actual name of the movement, or you can search for Filters, like Bodyweight or Barbell.
Next add your Rep Scheme. Notice we have pre-populated rep schemes based on Filters like Strength or Endurance. Or you can create your own Custom rep scheme. If you choose Custom, simply choose the number of Sets, then fill in the 2 parameters (reps, weight, LWP, meters, etc) to complete the table. You can then save this scheme to your library by clicking the black tag. Add the Filter the rep scheme pertains to so you can find it later.
Feel free to include any exercise instructions for this specific movement. You can also superset movements by linking them together on the left using the paperclip icon.
Finally, you can set Testing, the Leaderboard, or Save the section on the far right. Use the pencil to name it and you can update the Category here as well.
Continue adding exercises in this fashion, or switch to Add Circuit with the instructions below.

First, you can search for a previously saved Circuit (used to be called Favorites).
Or, choose Create Custom Circuit and start typing up your instructions like usual. You can name the Circuit on the far right, and change the category if necessary.
Use the + Video icon to add demo videos to your section. This will populate a video thumbnail if the exercise has a video uploaded.
Under Results, choose if you want it for completion, or for something else like Time.
Finally, at the top of your session you can Title it and include Notes for the entire session, Save the session to your Library, Delete it entirely, Preview, and Publish.
