We've recently added the ability to cut, copy and paste multiple workouts, and to copy workouts from team to team, or program to team.
This feature works a lot like cut, copy and paste in a word document.
Simply highlight the workout(s) you want to copy, right click and choose Copy. If you've accidentally added an entire program to a team, you can also highlight and Delete.
To paste, right click on the date you want to paste to and select paste.
