Quickly make copies of your workouts. In fact, you can copy a workout in just a couple of clicks. You can make small tweaks to subsequent workouts so that there are no wasted steps along the way. Here is how you can quickly copy workouts.
Next, click on the specific team with the workout that you'd like to copy.
Simply highlight the workout(s) you want to copy, right click and choose Copy. If you've accidentally added an entire program to a team, you can also highlight and Delete.
To paste, right click on the date you want to paste to and select paste.
From here, select the three dots next to the session title and select Edit to rename the workout, edit sets and reps, and make any necessary changes.
