Create Teams on TrainHeroic to organize, analyze, and group your athletes. Create sport-specific teams, varsity, J.V, and freshman teams. Create a team for the entire athletic program, each P.E. class, the student body, and much more. Some programs create alumni teams for athletes that graduate but still want to train together even when they are no longer in school together. Create a team for the faculty and staff (and let's be honest coach, some probably need it more than your athletes). Athletes (and coaches) can actually belong to many teams at once too. By forming a team, you can communicate a training program to your athletes and analyze a team's training behaviors and progress. The possibilities are endless.
To Create a Team, Login to the program's admin account (contact your program's admin for the login credentials if necessary, or contact the TrainHeroic Performance Team at email@example.com and we will give you a spot).
Click Create New in the top right corner.
You'll be prompted to name your team and create an access code to be used by athletes later. You can read more on access codes here.
Give the team some personality and swagger with a Logo and Cover Image.
Choose which training program each team should be using, or create one from scratch. Each team utilizes one training program, and all athletes that are members of a specific team will have access to that training program. If you decide that the program should change (or anything else about the team) at anytime, your athletes will see these changes in real-time. Here is how to update your team's training calendar.
Select Save and Close, and your team has been created. Now, invite athletes or communicate the team's Access code.
