There is not a way to pause or place subscriptions on hold in TrainHeroic.
While we don't have a way to put subscriptions on hold you can cancel your subscription and all your data and logged session will be there for when you are ready to join back again.

Resubscribing to a team:
Once you are ready to continue training, please visit The TrainHeroic Marketplace and search for your team.
