For Athletes: How can I remove my credit card?

Easily remove your credit card from your account by following the steps below.

You will need to be logged into your web account from a computer or laptop.  All billing information and updates take place in TrainHeroic's web interface and not the mobile app.

Steps to Remove your Card:

1.  Start by logging into your web account here.

2.  Select your menu (hamburger) in the upper left corner.

3.  Click the Gear icon on the bottom left.

4.  Select Billing on the top left.

5.  Click on "Edit payment methods" on the right.

6.  Click the red X next to the card you want to remove.

7.  Select "Delete" to confirm the card removal.

If you have multiple cards saved, you can remove them one at a time following the same steps.  After the card is removed, you can enter a new card into the system.
