For coaches: Why can't I delete athletes from my athlete list?

As a coach, you'll be able to remove athletes whom you've invited. You will not be able to remove or delete those who have purchased through the Marketplace as that is all managed automatically. 

Removing Invited Athletes:

To remove or archive invited athletes, please follow the instructions outlined here.

 Removing Marketplace Athletes: 

• Marketplace athletes do not count toward your coach plan and will be archived automatically when their subscription ends. 
• If you are planning to cancel your marketplace team entirely, please contact support@trainheroic.com. 
• Marketplace athletes can cancel their subscription in-app by following the instructions here or by contacting support@trainheroic.com.
