As a coach, can I edit a saved session from the Library?

Edit sessions that have been previously saved to your Library.

How to Edit a saved session on the web or in-app:

1. Log into your coach account and navigate to the Library
2. Select Sessions

Keep in mind, you do not have to save each session you create! Instead, we recommend only saving single sessions you reuse frequently. You may also find creating Programs in the Library helpful to map out a few weeks of programming as a template.
