As a coach, can I add my own video to a TrainHeroic exercise?

Because the TrainHeroic Exercise Library is shared across all of our coaches, TrainHeroic exercises and videos can NOT be edited.

You can create your own exercise and add your own video link and points of performance.

Note: Our team will accept requests to update our Exercise Library videos. Please submit a request to support@trainheroic.com.

Create New Exercises with Custom Videos:

If you need a variation, want to set different parameters, or want to use your own video for the exercise, you can create your own custom exercise:

While the TrainHeroic exercise library can be a huge time saver for coaches, we recommend building out your own Exercise Library. It positions your brand, and provides your athletes with another chance to get to know you, your personality, and your unique way of coaching.

No rush! This takes time. We'll have your back until you're ready, but think of those custom Exercises as another chance to 'wow' your athletes. 

Filter for 'My Exercises':

If you want to sort your own custom exercises from the TrainHeroic exercise library, you can filter from All Exercises to My Exercises from the Library tab as shown here:
