I Need Help Logging In - For Coaches

 If for any reason your login credentials aren't working or you need a password reset, please follow the instructions below.

If you received the email, but your password isn't working: 

• Please head to coach.trainheroic.com
• Type in your email address 
• Select "Forgot your password?" below the login button

This will send you a password reset email and you can reset your password on your own.  

If you never received your welcome email:

• It's possible that we had an incorrect email address or your email was filtered into junk mail. 
• Please email us at support@trainheroic and we'd be happy to help reset your email and password manually.
