The Team Training interface is a powerful tool for your program. Track everything that happens in your training, and do it in real-time. Navigating the Team Training interface is unique and here is exactly how to use it.
Having a computer at the entrance of the weight room, or a couple of them, is a great way to use the Team Training interface to ensure that athletes "check-in" to the when they arrive, and that they record their numbers as they leave. Even better, is to have a few computers or tablets positioned in the weight room for athletes to access. Here is an awesome solution to mount an iPad on a rack, using a powerful magnet. This solution is simple, easy to put up and take down, and an easy way for athletes to record their numbers in real-time.
From the program's Admin account, a Coach can select a team of athletes, or a group of athletes on that team and quickly load their workouts.
Then, select Team Training from the menu on the left.
Change the date of the training session AND select the team that you'd like to load by clicking on the drop-down menu in the upper left-hand corner.
Next, add athletes to the workout by clicking manage athletes in the bottom left hand corner.
Then, click on an athlete's name to add them to the workout. You can search for an athlete from the top toolbar too. Once an athlete is added to the workout, they will appear on the left-hand side of the screen. Click on an athlete that was added to remove them too.
When you're finished, click save and close.
Click on any athlete from the left hand side of the screen to load their training session and log their data. Toggle to another athlete by clicking on their name from the left hand side.
