Can you please explain the Leaderboard and Leaderboard Combos?

TrainHeroic encourages competition each and every day. We believe that athletes that learn to compete on a daily basis will readily welcome competition and thrive in competitive environments, both in sport and in life. The daily leaderboard combo is an athlete's chance to compete in each training session. Athletes will be scored on their results, which will then appear on a Leaderboard. The leaderboard combo should be the focus and most important and impactful element in each day's training session.

Each training session should have at least 1 leaderboard combo. These combos might ask for an athletes' heaviest set of Bench Press or Back Squat... Or for the amount of time that it takes for an athlete to run 1 mile or complete Fran.

Leaderboard combos occur on a daily basis. Every athlete that completes their leaderboard combo in each training session will receive a place on the Leaderboard. 

If your coach programs multiple leaderboard combos, athletes will be ranked based on an average of the two (or three) scores. You might totally kill one combo, but if your other score isn't up there as well you might land right in the middle.
