Logging in to your TrainHeroic account is simple and easy.... when it works! Chances are that if its not working for you, there is a simple error with your username or password. Here's how we can make things right...

First, let's go to the login page by clicking here.

Next, click the Forgot Your Password link below the login button.

Then, enter your email or username and we'll email you a link to adjust your password.


You should receive an email from TrainHeroic within 2 minutes tops. If you don't, you may need to check your spam folder or see if there's a different email address you may have used to create your account.
