Analyzing The Data: Athlete Participation

Analyze exactly how much your athletes are viewing and logging each workout with athlete analytics. Here is how to identify the single biggest factor driving athlete success in their training...  showing up!

First, login to CoachHeroic.

To analyze an athlete's activity, select My Teams from the left-hand side of the screen and choose the specific team that the athlete you are looking for is on.

Then, click on "Athletes" at the top of the page, found under the Team Name.

You'll see the list of athletes on the specified team under this tab. You can access the analytics of each athlete by clicking "View Analytics" next to their name.

Here is where you can access the analytics of each athlete. View how active an athlete was by the number of workouts they logged, viewed, or left incomplete, view their activity overtime by selecting specific dates, or see where the athlete stacks up to the pack by viewing the activity leaderboard.

Activity is broken down into two specific terms, which are defined below:

  • Viewing: Athletes that have logged into their account on TrainHeroic and viewed the workout for a specific date within the date range
  • Logging: Athletes that have logged into their account on TrainHeroic, viewed the workout, and logged their numbers for a specific date within the date range

Here is how you should interpret the data below...

The left hand column refers to the athlete being analyzed. This shows that there are 39 total workouts within this date range. This athlete has viewed 39 of the the 39 workouts and he's logged all 39 too.

The right hand column refers to the team's averages relative to the athlete being analyzed. The team had 39 workouts within this date range. The average athlete on the team viewed 6.1 workouts of the 39 (compared to this athlete's 39) and the average athlete logged 4.1 workouts compared to this athlete's 39.

View an athlete's calendar to see which workouts they logged and where they are missing. Green denotes logged workouts and red denotes workouts that were missed.

Clicking on a specific date gives you insight into how many sections they logged on a particular day and at what time they logged their workout too.

Review a Leaderboard of your most top 10 most active athletes and your bottom 10 least active athletes. Hovering over their name will give you their specific activity percentage over the selected date range too. Clicking on an athlete's profile picture from the leaderboard will take you to their analytics page so that you can take a deeper dive into their activity and progress.
