Analyze the progress of an athlete on your team. Break down how much they've improved in any specific lift over any specific time period with just a few clicks.
First, login here.
To analyze the progress of an athlete, click on My Athletes from the top toolbar.
Select the specific team that the athlete you are looking for is on, using the team drop-down.
Then, click on View Analytics which is located on the right hand side of each athlete's name.
Here is where you can access the analytics of each athlete. First, select a specific date range that you'd like to analyze by clicking on the date picker in the upper right hand corner.
Then select a start date and end date, or select the last 30,60, or 90 days on the right hand side.
On the left hand side of the screen, you'll notice that the term Activity is highlighted. This means that we're analyzing the athlete's activity right now. Click on progress to view the athlete's progress.
Select a specific movement, titled Benchmark, in order to analyze that Benchmark's progress over the specified date range. Be sure that the date range is relevant. Selecting a date range that begins when none of your athletes had accounts will show starting weight and numbers of 0 which will dilute your data.
Quickly see the athlete's starting numbers, ending numbers, and their personal records and lows during the timeframe that you selected. Even see a bar graph that displays their trend over time.
View a graph of progress over time to analyze fluctuations and trends.
Review a Leaderboard of your top 10 athletes and your bottom 10 athletes as it relates to progress in a specific Benchmark. Hovering over their name will give you their specific progress over the selected date range too. Clicking on an athlete's profile picture from the leaderboard will take you to their analytics page so that you can take a deeper dive into their progress.
