Analyzing The Data: Team Progress Over Time

Analyze the effectiveness of your training program over time. With team progress analytics, you're able to view the average numbers (Bench Press, Back Squat, Mile Time, etc.) of the athletes on your team and analyze how they've improved or regressed over time based on the team's training program.

This particular version of team progress will be phased out in early 2017.

First, login here.

To analyze the progress of your team, click on My Teams from the toolbar on the left.

Select the specific team that you'd like to analyze by clicking on the team card.

Then, click on Team Analytics which is located right above the team calendar.

Here is where you can access the analytics of the team on an aggregate level, looking at all of the team's athletes collectively. First, select a specific date range that you'd like to analyze by clicking on the date picker in the upper right hand corner.

Then select a start date and end date, or select the last 30,60, or 90 days on the right hand side.

On the left hand side of the screen, you'll notice that the term Activity is highlighted. This means that we're analyzing the team's activity right now. Let's click on Progress in order to analyze the team's progress over time.

Select a specific movement, titled Benchmark, in order to analyze that Benchmark's progress over the specified date range. Be sure that the date range is relevant. Selecting a date range that begins when none of your athletes had accounts will show starting weight and numbers of 0 which will dilute your data.

Quickly see your team's average, team high, low, and overall trend over the date range too. Keep in mind that we're looking at team averages here. If a new athlete joins the team and creates an account, their numbers will be added to this pool and therefore affect the team's average. This data should be considered by needs to be interpreted with the understanding that the team can be changing all of the time and athletes can join and leave, affecting the team's averages.

View a graph of progress over time to analyze fluctuations and trends.

Review a Leaderboard of your top 10 athletes and your bottom 10 athletes as it relates to progress in a specific Benchmark. Hovering over their name will give you their specific progress over the selected date range too. Clicking on an athlete's profile picture from the leaderboard will take you to their analytics page so that you can take a deeper dive into their progress.
