How Does Leaderboard Scoring Work?

TrainHeroic encourages competition each and every day. We believe that athletes that learn to compete on a daily basis will readily welcome competition and thrive in competitive environments, both in sport and in life. The daily leaderboard combo is an athlete's chance to compete in each training session. Athletes will be scored on their combo results, which will then appear on a Leaderboard.

Each training session will typically have at least 1 leaderboard combo. A leaderboard combo might ask for an athlete's heaviest set of Bench Press or Back Squat... Or for the amount of time that it takes for an athlete to run 1 mile.

A leaderboard combo is denoted by a trophy icon.

Once the score has been logged, the trophy will turn green.

The Leaderboard will populate in real-time based on how well you did. Your ranking is based on that combo only. If there are multiple leaderboard combos, you will be ranked in each completed test and then ranked overall based on the average of all of our tests relative to the other athletes on the team.
