I Can't Access My Team

When you created your account on TrainHeroic and paid for a membership to a premium team, your account gained access to the Team that you paid to join. If you're unable to join the team, or you're being asked for another payment, here is what is most likely going on...

First, confirm that you're logging into your account here and not creating a new account. Login to your account here.

Next, be sure that you're logging in with the same login credentials that you used to create your account. If you're logging in with a different email address than the address you used when you created your account, we will treat you like a new athlete and you won't have the access that you paid for.

If you simply forgot your username or password, here is how you can request that we email your info to you.
