There are times when you'll need to make changes to your numbers. Whether you've made a simply mistake, or if you attempted a lift again and your numbers changed, you can easily go back to today's workout (or any workout for that matter!) and edit your numbers. Here is how...
First, Login to your account.
Then, navigate to the date of your workout using the date in the top right hand corner.
In order to make changes, click in the box and enter your updated number.
Next, make sure that the checkmark on the lower right is green.
Now, click Review Workout again at the bottom of the page to confirm that you are finished tracking your results. Great work!
