With TrainHeroic, you can view your workouts anytime and anywhere. Athletes are able to view the workout for any team that they belong to. As an athlete, if you belong to multiple teams, you can actually view each of your teams' workouts. You can even look at workouts in the past and in the future.
If you have an iPhone, we suggest downloading the iPhone app. You can download the app by opening this page on your phone and by clicking here.
First, Login to your account. By default, you will see today's workout. If you'd like to switch dates/teams, use the date in the top right hand corner. This pops up a Calendar that allows you to switch to a different team/date. Click the date of the workout that you want to view.
BE SURE TO CLICK THE DATE AND THE TEAM WHOSE WORKOUT YOU'D LIKE TO VIEW IN ORDER TO CHANGE THE WORKOUT THAT YOU'RE VIEWING.
If you are using the TrainHeroic app, please follow the instructions below:
From your Training tab, you can navigate to a different date by clicking on the dates shown at the top of the screen. Swipe left or right for past and future dates. Select the month and year to open jump between calendar months.
If you do not seea dot below the date, it means that there isn’t a workout for that day. Only the teams that have workouts on the selected date will be listed.
If you're on multiple teams, all of the workouts for a selected day will be listed- you'll just need to scroll down to view them.
You can "turn off" any additional workouts from your view by clicking on "Training", found at the top left corner of the screen. Then, simply click the toggle to turn on (blue) or off (white) a team.
