Need to switch between teams in the Marketplace?
Our Customer Success Team will be standing by to help you switch between Marketplace teams under the same coach. To qualify for switching teams, you must be switching teams of the same price, under the same coach or organization.
TrainHeroic's Team-Switch Policy:
Our team can facilitate team-switch requests when:
- The switch is between two Teams (All Programs excluded)
- Team subscriptions are purchased from TrainHeroic (Apple subscriptions excluded)
- Teams are under the same coach or Organization
- Teams are valued at the same price
For example, switching between Jacked Street to Field Strong, both under the Power Athlete Organization, both valued at $27/month.
In an effort to protect our coaches intellectual property, we limit of team switching to a maximum of 1 per month for monthly subscriptions and 1 per every six months for annual subscriptions.
Team-switch policy is subject to TrainHeroic's discretion based on past activity. Additional rules may apply.
Request a Switch:
Send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Your full name
- Your email associate with your account (if different from your address referenced)
- The name of the Team you'd like to switch to as it appears in the Marketplace
Switches are made on the day we receive the request. To ensure a quick turnaround, please only reach out on the day you would like to switch, and not before.
Our team will be standing by M-F 9-5pm MST to facilitate with switch requests.
Switching Teams from different Organizations:
Team-switch only applies to teams under the same coach or Organization.
To switch to a team outside of your coaches organization, please follow these instructions to cancel your team.
Cancelling your current subscription will free you up to jump in with another team, at anytime!
