Send an email to our Customer Success team, referencing your username or full name and the team you would like to switch to: email@example.com. We're here and happy to give you a spot switching teams. Please note that we are only able to make the switch between teams under the same coach or organization and when the teams are the same price.
To protect our coaches and their programming, there is a limit of switching teams a maximum of one time per month for monthly subscriptions and 1 time per every 6 months for annual subscriptions.
If you are looking to switch teams outside of your coaches organization, please follow these instructions to cancel your team, pending the end of your billing period. This will free you up to jump in with another team at anytime!
