Creating Teams: For Coaches and Personal Trainers

Create Teams to organize and group your athletes. Create sport-specific teams, a team for the entire athletic program, each P.E. class, OR for personal training clients.

By grouping athletes to a team, you'll have a central place to invite your athletes, communicate, deliver programming, and analyze the group's training behaviors and progress. Teams are multipurpose, for both team coaches and personal trainers. Athletes can belong to multiple teams, too.

To Create a Team, Login to your coach account. You'll land on "Teams" by default. Select Create New in the top right.

Create an Access Code to invite athletes. You can read more on Access Codes HERE.

Give the team some personality and swagger with a Logo and Cover Image.

To upload your images, click on the camera icon. This will allow you to upload an image file from your computer.

Pro Tip: The best sizes for the logo image is 500 x 500 Pixels and 500 x 1500 Pixels for the cover image.

Then, select Save and Close.

Working with athletes 1:1? Think of Teams as a way to simply organize or group your athletes.

PERSONAL TRAINING.

For example, you may create a team called "Personal Training Clients." From here, you can invite your athletes to the team and program exclusively on their 1:1 calendars. With this, you'll streamline the process of inviting your athletes to your organization, and you'll be able to use the team Feed to reach your clients with any general announcements. You'll also be able to analyze the data according to the Team or in this case "group," then dive into athlete specifics.
