In order to track your results using technology, you'll need a good internet connection. Nothing will take away from your training session like a video loading slow, or a page not loading because your gym is in the basement of the building.
If this is you, don't let it happen again. Simply print your session, log your results, and track your progress once you leave the gym, either on your phone, tablet, or computer. Here is how you can print your session...
First, Login to your account.
Next, make sure you're on the correct day for the session you want to print. You can change the day/team by clicking the date in the top right corner.
Once on the correct session, select the three dots in the upper right-hand corner.
Notice that you have two options:
1. You can print the session that is displayed by clicking on the Print icon.
2. Select the Print x 4 icon, which will print the displayed session + the next 3 sessions in your program.
Because of how varied in length sessions can be, we apologize in advance is your session doesn't fit on one sheet. And, if you're printing 4 sessions on a sheet, there are instances when the some of the session won't actually fit within one of the day's columns. This is something that we're taking a close look in consideration for future updates.
There are some browser-specific issues that we're having too. This is totally on us, and not anything you're doing wrong. If it's possible to use Google Chrome, that seems to be the path of least resistance. You can download Chrome by clicking here.
We have also found that athletes have great success with clearing their cache and trying again. Instructions on how to do that are below:
