Training loads (weight) will automatically populate in your sessions when your coach prescribes a percentage of your 1RM. You can ensure these loads will populate accurately by setting a working max.
If you have never manually updated your working maxes, they will automatically increase as you progress. Once you've manually updated your working maxes, those working maxes are "fixed" until you manually update your working max once again, or if you're "tested" by your coach.
Note: Talk to your coach before you manually update your maxes. We suggest that you rarely update your maxes manually, but if you need to reassess after injury or for any reason, we got you covered. Here is how you can update your working maxes from the mobile app at anytime...
First, click on the Account tab in the bottom right-hand corner. Then select the Settings icon in the upper right-hand corner.
Then select Working Maxes, scroll to search exercises and update your working maxes:
Click on the movement you want to update. The app autosaves so no need to search frantically for the Save button. Just click anywhere outside of the keyboard.
Keep in mind, only new workouts (workouts that you haven't yet logged or began logging) will be updated with your new numbers.
