Quickly save sections of your workout that you'll want to re-use. We call these sections favorites and you can save a favorite and add it to your library. Here is how.
First, Login to your coach account.
Next, click on My Teams or My Programs, or wherever the workout is that has the section you'd like to save. Then, click on the specific team with the section that you'd like to save.
Next, click on the three dots next to the title of the workout with the favorite that you'd like to save.
Then, click edit again.
Click on the specific section that you'd like to save.
Then, click on the settings icon on the upper right hand corner of the workout builder and select Save As Favorite.
Keep in mind that the section is saved by name, so if the name of the section is still the generic A, B, C, etc. you may want to edit this so that you can reference the section from your library in the future.
All of the section's elements, instructions, and details are now saved. You can search for and re-use this by searching on the right hand side of the dashboard. Drag and drop it on a date or to a training session.
