Quickly make copies of your workouts. In fact, you can copy a workout in just a couple of clicks. You can make small tweaks to subsequent workouts so that there are no wasted steps along the way. Here is how you can quickly copy workouts.
Next, click on the specific team with the workout that you'd like to copy.
Next, click on the vertical dots in the top right corner of the workout you want to copy.
Then, click Copy Copy Session to.
Now, select which day you want to workout to go to. Hovering over a grey box will give you the day it is. Boxes with an icon in them already have a workout programmed.
The workout will copy onto the new date.
From here, rename the workout, edit sets and reps, and make any necessary changes. We recently added the ability to copy multiple workouts, and to copy workouts from team to team, or program to team. Simply highlight the workout(s) you want to copy, right click and choose Copy. Then right click on the date you want to paste and choose paste.
