Save workouts as templates so that they can be re-used and added to your team's calendar quickly and easily with a simple search + drag and drop. Here is how.
First, Login to your coach account.
Then, click on the specific team (or program) with the original workout that you'd like saved.
Next, click on the three dots next to the name of the workout that you'd like to save.
Take note of the workout's name since that's how you'll recall the workout. And select the Save As Template option to save the workout.
You'll save the workout by name, so be sure that you've name the workout exactly as you'd like so that you can search for it, find it, and re-use it in the future.
To search for a saved workout, start typing the workout's name in the search bar on the right hand side.
From the calendar page, you can drag and drop the workout onto your calendar wherever you'd like.
