Quickly update your billing and credit card information.
As a coach, you can update your payment information from the web application at anytime within your billing cycle, or after a missed payment.
If your Coach account has been cancelled:
If your Coach account is active, and you need to update your billing:
- Log into your Coach account on the web.
- Click on your profile picture in the upper right-hand corner and select billing info.
- Select Payment Info, and then click on Add New Card.
Your updated card will be be set as your default payment method and will be used the next time a charge is attempted.
Please Note: If you account was temporarily canceled due to billing issues, you'll need add a new card and then go to Subscription Plans to select your subscription level. You can choose any option that is available to you based on the number of athletes on your account.
