Make The Most of Your 14-Day Free Trial

Coach:

The best way to get started on your 14-day free trial is to schedule an intro session so your specific needs and questions are discussed and addressed.

That session is a one:one screen share with a TrainHeroic Performance Team coach.  It'll take 15-30 minutes, depending on how in-depth you'd like to go.

However, if you'd rather try muscling thru this alone, we've outlined the 3 steps that our most successful coaches take during their 14-day trial.

1. Create a "team" for each group of athletes in your program.

A "team" on TrainHeroic simply means that you're creating a training calendar. You'll assign workouts to that calendar and then give 1 athlete or many athlete access to the calendar so that they can view, perform, and track their training.

So, if you're training one group of "off-season athletes," another group of "in-season athletes," and a third group of "Olympic lifters," you simply create three separate teams on TrainHeroic.

2. Now that you have a team setup, your team needs some workouts on their calendar.

You can use TrainHeroic's ready-to-go programs or build your own from scratch.

We recommend creating 2-3 workouts so that your athletes have something to do today and for the next few days.

3. Now that you have a team with an updated training calendar, you need to invite some athletes to the team.

Athletes will get an email invitation to join your team. They'll simply click a link which will create their profile and automatically place them on your team.

In fact, invite yourself and other coaches so you can see how quick and easy this is.

It's as easy as 1-2-3, just follow the steps above and get real value from your 14-day trial with TrainHeroic.

We encourage you to sign up for an intro session so we can walk you thru these 3 steps and make some suggestions based on your unique needs and goals.

Good luck!
