1. Create a "team" for each group of athletes in your program.
A "team" on TrainHeroic simply means that you're creating a training calendar. You'll assign workouts to that calendar and then give 1 athlete or many athlete access to the calendar so that they can view, perform, and track their training.
So, if you're training one group of "off-season athletes," another group of "in-season athletes," and a third group of "Olympic lifters," you simply create three separate teams on TrainHeroic.
2. Now that you have a team setup, your team needs some workouts on their calendar.
You can use TrainHeroic's ready-to-go programs or build your own from scratch.
We recommend creating 2-3 workouts so that your athletes have something to do today and for the next few days.
3. Now that you have a team with an updated training calendar, you need to invite some athletes to the team.
Athletes will get an email invitation to join your team. They'll simply click a link which will create their profile and automatically place them on your team.
