Add Sections or "Favorites" to Your Workout

You can quickly save a section of your workout to your Favorites so that you can re-use that section in a future workout.

When saving a section as a favorite, everything about that section is saved: Section Name, Instructions, Sets, Reps, and whether or not the section is a Leaderboard is saved. 

Saving a section as a favorite lets you quickly recall that section. In fact, you can quickly add TrainHeroic's favorites to your workout too.

If you're looking for a classic CrossFit Met Con, simply search for the met con by name and add it to your calendar. Here is how:

First, search for a favorite from the right-hand menu.

Next, drag and drop your favorite into your workout.

Or, when you're in the process of creating a workout, simply search for a favorite in the far right search bar.

Click on the gear icon to save an section of your workout as a favorite too.

Keep in mind that when you save a section as a favorite, you'll be able to search for that section, by name, and add it to future workouts.
