Getting Started: Getting The Message Out

Coach, you've made a big investment by choosing to use TrainHeroic with your athletes. Make sure to get the most out of this investment by getting your athletes onboard. 

We recommend that you send out an email or create a page on your website that explains what TrainHeroic is and how you will be using it at your facility. 

Below is a sample email for you to send to your athletes, which contains helpful information for new TrainHeroic users. Keep in mind that each gym is different and this sample may need some modifications to better suit your particular needs. 

Sample Post for New TrainHeroic Users:

We are excited to announce that as of [insert your start date], we will be utilizing the workout tracking software TrainHeroic, which can track the progress of each and every member, including the results from all of our workouts and all max effort lifts. Better yet, it’s completely free for our athletes!


Below, we’ll cover a few of the things you may want to know before we get started.

What is TrainHeroic?

TrainHeroic is an online platform which allows coaches to deliver specialized programming to athletes. Athletes can then log their workouts and track their gains while participating in friendly competition via the Leaderboard.

What will TrainHeroic do for me?

The purpose of using TrainHeroic is twofold.

FOR US, the gym:

TrainHeroic will give the coaches a more detailed picture on where we can make our programming stronger and more well-rounded by keeping track of where members are improving, where they aren’t improving, and the possible reasons for both.

FOR YOU, the athletes:

In short, a better approach to your workouts! For example, knowing what your maxes are for any given lift helps you decide what weight to use. Knowing where you’re improving and where you’re not lets you know where to focus your efforts. By using the Leaderboard, you’ll have the opportunity to see where you stack up against your teammates in some friendly competition.

Getting Started

This is a new system for all of us, and there are bound to be some questions along the way. Here, you will find athlete support, including an FAQ section.

To get things rolling, you will need to first join the team.

You will receive an invite email with an access code. To Join The Team In-app download the app and enter the code.

To sign up from a computer,  click on the blue code in the email. From there, click on the "sign up" button and follow the prompts to create your account.
