Use the Support option within CoachHeroic available 24/7:
When logged into CoachHeroic, select the Support button located on the lower left-hand corner of the page.
Next, use the search box to find articles and videos from our Help Suite.
Click on any link to view the article or video. Or select the button at the bottom to leave us a message.
Other ways to get help:
If for any reason we miss your call, please leave us a voicemail with your name and number and we will call you back as soon as possible.
Our regular business hours are Monday - Friday from 8AM to 5PM MST
You can expect a response from us within 48 hours (usually less) during the week. If you email us after hours, we'll respond within the next 2 business days.
