How can I change my subscription plan?

We offer several TrainHeroic pricing packages and allow you select the package that best meets your needs. 

In case you'd like to review the different pricing packages, click here. To upgrade, follow the instructions below.

1. Login to your coach account.

2. Select your avatar in the upper right-hand corner to access your Billing Information.

3. Select 'Billing Info.'

4. Next, select Subscription Plans from the left-hand menu.

5. Review your plans and select 'Upgrade.' We'll take care of the rest.

To downgrade, please email us at support@trainheroic.com or call us directly at 855-688-5438, option #1.
