Your athletes have worked hard to log their training data and TrainHeroic now has a central location where you can find all of their lift and working max details.
Read below to find out which Analytics will give you the answers you're looking for.
Athlete Lift History:
HISTORY FOR A SPECIFIC LIFT
Want to dig into history for a specific athlete and lift? Look no further than Athlete Lift History.
Athlete Lift History will display the complete logging history for an athlete for one lift, as well as the prescribed values. This is a great way to see all the logging an athlete has done for any given lift.
Team Estimated 1 Rep Max:
EVERYONE'S 1 REP MAX FOR A CHOSEN LIFT
Team Estimated 1 Rep Max will display the estimated 1RM for a team/group of athletes, based on the best performances recorded within the selected date range.
This is a good way to compare athletes performance and capabilities within a given lift.
Athlete Lift Performance History:
LIFT PROGRESS OVER TIME
Athlete Lift Performance History is specifically designed to track a single athlete’s performance within a given lift. This view lists one record per date, selected from the set with the highest estimated 1RM.
This report also includes a graph of estimated 1RM over time.
*An estimated 1RM will be displayed as it’s the best way to display progress when considering the realities of varying rep counts.
Athlete Working Max History:
WHEN A WORKING MAX WAS UPDATED
The Athlete Working Max History will show any logged values that caused a working max to update as well as the date the update occurred. It also shows what using different % would give the athlete as a prescribed load.
This is a great way to see all the WM updates (manual or tested) for a single athlete and lift, specifically if you're wondering how or why percentage based programming results in certain weights.
