While we hope this day never comes, we understand that plans change, businesses pivot, and life can bring unexpected obstacles. Should you need to cancel your Coach Account, you can do this from your account.

- Lay it all on us - the good, the bad, your wish list. In return, we'll pass all that honest feedback along to our Product and Customer Teams so we can put some heroic efforts towards raising the bar in our software and support.
To cancel your Coach Account:
1. Log into your coach account from the web and select the profile image from the upper right-hand corner.
2. Choose Billing Info.
3. From here, select Cancel Plan and confirm by choosing Yes, Cancel My Plan.
You will have access until the end of your current billing cycle and the message at the top of the page will confirm the date that your access will expire.
