Reschedule a Training Session

Need to reschedule something that your coach already had programmed for you?

It’s fast and easy to move a session in the mobile app. And if you begin a session on a day other than today, we'll do the heavy lifting for you.

Moving Sessions:

If you start logging a session that isn’t scheduled for today, we’ll automatically ask if you’d like to move it:

To move a session, pull up the session on the calendar. Then, tap the 3-dot menu in the upper right:
