Why isn’t X training showing up in my Activity Feed?
The Activity Feed shows results from 1:1 and Team Calendars you control.
It does not show results from Programs that athletes have placed on their own calendars (i.e. you gave them an access code or they purchased from the Marketplace). These are meant for athletes to run independently.
If you want to have an athlete run a program and follow them closely, you can place the program directly on their 1:1 calendar. This will also give you access to other things you don’t get when the athlete uses an access code, such as notifications for their activity
Does this show sessions from people who didn’t train?
No. It only shows info from sessions that have been logged. This feature is intended to help you review training and comments, and make it easy to respond.
There’s a session that says it was logged in the future. How does that happen?
We use the date the athlete says the session happened. If athletes try to log a session on a date other than when the session was scheduled, we prompt them to reschedule it.
If they are logging via tablet or the website, the reschedule feature is unavailable, and the session must remain on its original scheduled date.
We will not be updating these features to allow rescheduling.
