As a Coach, program for yourself to gain insight into the athlete experience.
Coach, we encourage you to program for yourself through TrainHeroic. This is the BEST way to get a better sense of your athletes' experience, and to keep track of your personal gains.
Your Coach Account also serves as your athlete account.
As a coach, you'll automatically be added to your Athlete List, so you can begin programming for yourself right away! Rest assured, this does NOT count against your Coach Plan as an athlete seat.
Simply login to your account, select 'Athletes' and select your personal 1:1 calendar, to the right of your name:
You'll be able to program directly on your 1:1 calendar from web and mobile, and log your training session from the mobile app.
We encourage you to use your personal calendar as a well to "spell-check" your programming, and get a better sense for the athlete experience.
Should you choose to create a separate athlete account.
This will allow you to:
1. Keep your athlete account separate from your coach account, reducing clutter on your calendar IF you're programming for several Teams
Note: You'll be able to log your personal training from your coach account on mobile, using the "log as athlete" feature, covered HERE.
2. Review the athlete's sign-up experience, which will look like this:
Inviting yourself as an "athlete" with a separate account will count against your Coach Plan as an athlete seat.
