Did you create an account, but you're getting stuck when prompted for an access code?
Please note: If you received an email invite from your coach and sign up with that same email address, you will automatically be connected. No access code is needed and you can ignore the steps below.
If you are already working with a coach and are not yet connected:
Your coach can send you an invite, which will include an access code.
If you have an access code and are not connected, the blue link here will walk you through How To Join Your Team In-app if you already have an account.
If you have a coach, but do not have an access code or invite, please connect with your coach and request an invite. If they did send one and you haven't received it, we're happy to help you recover that if you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you do not have a coach yet:
You can also get started by purchasing programming from the TrainHeroic Marketplace.
If you purchase a program or team from the Marketplace you will not need a code. Simply log into your account using the TrainHeroic mobile app to see your programming.
For paid team subscriptions, the programming will appear automatically.
For purchased programs, you'll need to choose a start. The blue link here will walk you through How to Add a Program to Your Calendar.
