Are you looking to freeze or pause your account due to gym closure, injury, illness, or another reason?
While we don't have a way to freeze your account, you can choose to close your account and come back at a later time. Rest assured that all of your athletes and programming will remain on your account when you choose to return.
To reactivate your coach account, simply log into from a computer and hit the blue Upgrade Now button and select your plan. You'll be back up and running in no time!
