Are you subscribed through Apple, and are looking to cancel your subscription or request a refund?
TrainHeroic is only able to cancel or refund subscriptions that were purchased through the TrainHeroic Marketplace. If you've purchased through our Marketplace, your billing statement will note "TrainHeroic."
If you purchased a team subscription in-app and are paying via Apple, any refund requests will need to be submitted through your Apple 'Subscriptions.'
