Program more quickly and boost your athlete's logging experience using Linear Weight Progression.
With TrainHeroic you have the ability to add weight progressions that are specific to an individual even when their programming comes from a Program or Team calendar.
One option is to program a testing day and later prescribe percentages for athletes based off of their working max.
Another option is to use Linear Weight Progression or Linear WP +. Linear Weight Progression will automatically increase the prescribed weight based on the athlete's most recently logged set for that particular exercise.
To program using LWP:
From the designer, choose the exercise you'd like to add. In the table, enter the number of reps and select "Linear WP +" from the dropdown for the second parameter.
In the cells below, enter the number that you'd like to increase the weight by. For example a 5 will add 5 lbs or kgs (based on what the athlete has their profile set to) to whatever weight the athlete most recently logged.
In the example below, the athlete logged 151 lbs in their last recorded set.
The weight is now adjusted based on what the coach prescribed and to the left they can see what the weight increase is.
Note: In the event that the athlete has no history for a lift, the weight field will be left blank and they will be able to see how much of an increase has been prescribed.
