Are you looking for a way to record, track, or share your bonus sessions with your coach?
It's likely that you'll be moving your body, even on rest days. While it might not be a full-blown training session, you might like to let your coach know about what you've been up to on your day off.
Full disclosure, we do NOT support an official feature to log athlete sessions from scratch, yet. That said, there's a few ways you can get credit for your bonus work!
1. Message your Coach
Use TH Chat to direct message your coach, or motivate the rest of the group over the Team message feed by sharing your rest day activities - like posting a photo from your morning run!
2. Request your coach to program "Rest Days"
Are you receiving individualized programming from your coach?
If you're working with a coach directly, you may prefer to keep a tighter feedback loop on activities that you're completing outside of your 1:1 sessions. Perhaps you'd like to track progress for specific movements. In this case, you can request that your coach program "Rest Days," where you will be able to add exercises to a "Rest Day" session.
