Are you looking for a way to record, track, or share your bonus sessions with your coach?
It's likely that you'll be moving your body, even on rest days. While it might not be a full-blown training session, you might like to let your coach know about what you've been up to on your day off or simply keep track of what you've been doing on your own.
Below, we'll go over how to add training sessions outside of what your coach has programmed:
1. First, log into the TrainHeroic Mobile app and select the blue + icon on the lower-right and then click to add an exercise.
2. Next, search for the exercise(s) you'd like to add, tap on the name from the list and select Add.
3. You'll now be able to Start Session and begin logging like you would any other session.
