If you are a coach and for any reason your login credentials aren't working or you need a password reset, please follow the instructions below.
If you received the email, but your password isn't working:
Please head to HERE to log-in
Select "Forgot your password?" below the login button
Enter your email address
Click "Send Email Link To Reset Password"
This will send you a password reset email and you can reset your password on your own.
If you never received your welcome email:
- It's possible that we had an incorrect email address or your email was filtered into junk mail.
- Please email us at support@trainheroic and we'd be happy to help reset your email and password manually.
