Why Haven't I Been Paid Yet for Marketplace Sales?

Wondering where your marketplace payment is? Fear not! Here we'll clarify payment requirements and when you can expect your payment.

When can I expect my payment?

• Payouts are made on the 15th of the month for the prior month's sales. 
  • For example: January sales will be paid out on February 15th. 
  • If you started selling in the current month: You'll be paid out on the 15th of the next month. 

• Payouts will be received by the end of the day on the 15th. 
  • If it's the morning of the 15th, please be patient. Funds will be deposited by the end of the day.

What info do I need to provide in order to get paid?

• In order to get paid, you'll need to Update your PayPal Email Address from your coach account. This needs to be on file by the 5th of the month in order to be paid on the 15th.
  • Accounts with PayPal info added after the 5th, will get paid out on the 15th of the next month.
